2 June 2021 - Reed Exhibitions Singapore has announced their decision today to host BEX Asia 2021 as a fully digital exhibition event from 6 – 10 September 2021 and complemented with a 3 week complimentary technical webinar from 1 – 16 September 2021.
The enhanced digital BEX Asia will continue to house the component events including MCE Asia, InnoBuild Asia and Smart Cities and Buildings Asia (SCB Asia). Alongside BEX Asia, the International Built Environment Conference (IBEC) will also be held online from 7-9 September 2021.
Visitors and exhibitors can look forward to an enhanced digital platform that will facilitate the discovery of new products and clients with the ability to seamlessly network and hold business meetings in a single platform. A series of technical webinars from 1 – 16 September 2021 will also allow buyers to gain in-depth technical knowledge on cutting edge products and services for the Built Environment. The schedule and list of exhibitors will be continuously updated on the BEX Asia website.
Explaining the decision, Mr. JC Yip, Managing Director of Reed Exhibitions said, “While we had hoped to be able to run a hybrid event that allows a mix of in-person and online attendance, the current regulatory environment is not conducive for such a model. We are acutely aware of the investments that our valued exhibitors put into BEX Asia and believe that an early decision to convert to a fully digital event, will allow our exhibitors to maximize their planning and investment in a challenging year. With our experience gained in running digital events over the past year, exhibitors and visitors can expect a greatly enhanced user experience, especially in discovering relevant products, services, customers and connections.”
