Yes. Visitors can enjoy complimentary access to BEX Asia 2026 if they register before the event dates (2-4 September 2026).

BEX Asia will be held from 2 September to 4 September 2026 at Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Level 1, Halls A and B

Yes, persons under the age of 18 years will not be permitted to enter the premise.
Yes, the accepted dress code for admission during the exhibition period is business attire and strictly no shorts, bermudas, singlets, and slippers.
BEX Asia will continue to encourage the no-coat, no-tie dress code. This dress code is part of our efforts to walk the talk – to utilise energy efficiently and set temperature at a sustainable yet optimal comfort level for all to conduct business. Parking Information
Yes, there are parking coupon available from Wednesday to Friday at a flat rate of $12.84.
Visitors are required to collect their parking coupons before 6pm to enjoy this flat rate of $12.84.

Admission Policy
By entering BEX Asia, you agree to abide by the following:
- Admission is by registration and strictly for industry professionals only. A valid admission pass is required to access the exhibition premise. Admission passes are non-transferable and must be displayed prominently at all times
- Visitors/delegates who are not appropriately attired (i.e. ripped jeans, shorts, bermudas, singlets, slippers, beach sandals, etc) will be refused admission
- Minors below the age of 18 will not be admitted, regardless of whether they are accompanied or not
- Treat all individuals with respect. There is zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination or abuse
- Smoking and vaping at the event are prohibited at all times
- Do not participate in the event for any illegal purpose, or in violation of any law or regulation, including, without limitation, laws governing intellectual property and other proprietary rights, data protection and privacy
- All personal property brought to the Event is done so at Participant’s own risk and Participant is responsible for safeguarding such property at all times
- The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone who is unable to comply with the admission requirement
- You may be photographed, audio recorded and video-recorded at any event organised by RELX (Singapore) Pte Ltd. By entering the event premises, you consent to all photographs, interviews, audio recordings and/or video recordings made, produced or taken of you (“Materials”) and the use, release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of the Materials in all marketing and communication materials in any media by RELX (Singapore) Pte Ltd, its affiliates and/or representatives. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any materials, including any photo, video, or audio recording taken by RELX (Singapore) Pte Ltd, its affiliates and/or representatives. All intellectual property rights to the Materials shall be reserved by RELX (Singapore) Pte Ltd, and you waive all rights to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with their use, release, publication, exhibition or reproduction.
