Automatic Drilling and Anchor Installing Robot
Drillcorpio (D2) is an automatic drilling & anchor installing robot. The vision system performs automatic target recognition and the robot system aligns to the positions with accurate control. Drilling and anchoring are automatically performed with an algorithm dealing with multiple scenarios.
The robot replaces human in doing dull, dirty and dangerous tasks. It can perform tasks that are more specific, sustainable and scalable. Construction workers are only required to operate with a Wi-Fi remote control which prevents working at height for the whole process. After setting up drilling size in the android pad, the robot works automatically.
By using drilling robots to replace traditional drilling methods, it can improve productivity, enhance quality, save cost and time, enhance safety by reducing the risk of working at height, and eliminate the health risk. Lastly, it requires less labour to perform the same drilling process while faster in speed and consistency in long run.

Drillraffe (D1) is a wireless remote control 3-axis drilling machine. User aligns the drill to targets through a wireless monitor, reference lasers and other sensors. Drilling is triggered by remote control with preset depths.
