Q: What are the exhibition hours?

A: 10.00am – 6.00pm daily (2 – 4 September 2020, Wednesday - Friday)

Q: Where is the exhibition located?

Q: Can I bring my child?

A: The exhibition is open to trade professionals only. No individuals under the age of 18 will be admitted.
The Organisers reserve the right to decline both online and on-site registrations that are deemed inappropriate.

Q: What is the dress code for exhibitors and visitors to the exhibition?

Business attire. Visitors dressed in shorts/bermudas/singlets/slippers will not be allowed entry into the exhibition halls. The Organisers reserve the right to decline registrations with attire that are deemed appropriate.

As part of our sustainability efforts, we also encourage a “no coat, no tie” dress code as the in-hall temperatures will be set at a sustainable yet optimally comfortable level.

Visitor FAQS

Q: How do I register for the event?

A: Visitors can register for their free entry via Visitor Online Registration or on-site. Kindly indicate your interest to visit the show here while we are preparing 2020’s registration form.

Visitors are strongly recommended to pre-register online for hassle-free badge collection as generally waiting time of 20 - 30 minutes is expected at on-site visitor registration

Q: I am a pre-registered visitor, how do I get my visitor badge?

A: 1 week before the show date, all confirmed visitors will receive an electronic QR code access email. Simply bring the email to our pre-registration counter at level 1 to collect your visitor badge.

Q: Do I need to register to attend the seminars at the exhibitions?

A: Seminars are complimentary to all visitors and exhibitors with event badge.

Q: I did not receive my electronic QR code one week to the event.

A: Please email to if you did not receive the electronic QR email highlighting the name, company and job title which you have used to register online to facilitate us in checking the status of your online pre-registration for the exhibition. We will send a reply to you within 3 working days.

Q: I can’t find the product I’m looking for, what should I do?

A: You may use our comprehensive online product search to look for relevant products. If you can't find what you need, get in touch with us for assistance.

Q: How do I obtain a meeting room?

A: Business meeting room is available for all registered visitor who participate in Business Matching programme. For more information on this programme and how to participate, get in touch with us.

Q: Where can I get the exhibitor list?

A: You can obtain/search the exhibitor information from the Exhibitor Listing

Q: Where can I get the product list?

A: You may obtain/search the product information from the Product Listing

Q: Will I be accredited with PDU points when I visit the exhibitions and attend the seminars?

A:There are number of PDU-accredited seminar sessions available at the seminar. We will update the points specific to each session in the due course. Meantime, keep a look out for the upcoming 2020 seminar programme.

Q: How can I participate as an exhibitor?

Q: How can I participate as a speaker at the seminars?

A: As there are limited speaking slots available, do get in touch with us here if you are interested to speak at our seminars.

Q: I’m offered a visitor database by a third party company claimed to be your authorised vendor. Should I proceed to buy if I’m interested?

A: We've been alerted to a number of companies approaching our exhibitors trying to sell visitor data. We do not know these companies nor contracting any 3rd party companies on this activity. We do not endorse them and strongly suggest you not to buy from them. When in doubt, do contact us for assistance.

Q: What are the hotel options near the exhibition venue?

A: All Exhibition participants are eligible to enjoy a special booking rate through our official travel partner subjects to hotel availability and on first-come first-served basis. Stay tuned for the latest list of green hotel partners here.

Q: I need assistance for Travel Visa

A: If you require a visa to enter Singapore, please approach the Singapore mission nearest to you for information on visa application and submission procedures, list of documents required, application fees payable and to obtain visa application forms.
The visa application process can take up to at least 2 months, therefore it is important that you start your application as soon as possible to ensure you receive your visa in plenty of time for travel to Singapore.
