Registration Information

  • The exhibition is open to trade professionals only and there is no charge to visit the exhibition.
  • You may register for your complimentary visitor pass here and you will receive a confirmation email within 3 working days.
  • 1 week before the show dates, all confirmed visitors will receive a QR access email. Simply bring the email to our pre-registration counter to collect your visitor badge.
  • Please email to info@bex-asia.com if you did not receive the confirmation or QR email highlighting the name, company and job title which you have used to register online to facilitate us in checking the status of your online pre-registration for the exhibition. We will send a reply to you within 3 working days.
  • Alternatively, you may register onsite during show days, at the visitor registration area.
  • If you are visiting the exhibition in a group of more than 10 people, you may consider joining us as an Industry Partner. Click here to find out more.

Admission Criteria

  • Admission is restricted to trade professionals only. No individuals under the age of 18 will be admitted.
  • The Organisers reserve the right to decline both online and on-site registrations that are deemed inappropriate.

Dress Code

  • Business attire. Visitors dressed in shorts/bermudas/singlets/slippers will not be allowed entry into the exhibition halls. As part of our sustainability efforts, we also encourage a “no coat, no tie” dress code as in-hall temperatures can be set at a sustainable yet optimally comfortable level.

Travel Visa Requirement

  • If you require a visa to enter Singapore, please approach the Singapore mission nearest to you for information on visa application and submission procedures, list of documents required, application fees payable and to obtain visa application forms.
  • The visa application process can take up to at least 2 months, therefore it is important that you start your application as soon as possible to ensure you receive your visa in plenty of time for travel to BEX Asia 2018.

Getting to the venue

  • During the exhibition, carpark charges are SGD 8 per day for all visitors who park their cars at the MBS carpark. Carpark tickets can be bought at the Concierge outside Hall A. Please show your exhibition visitor badge to enjoy the discounted SGD 8 carpark charges.
