Q: How do I participate at BEX Asia?

Q: I am from overseas. How do I get more information about the show, from the local agent or Reed Exhibitions?

A: You will find the nearest agent on our Contact Us page or simply drop us an email at bexasia@reedexpo.com.sg and we will contact you shortly.

Q: I would like to meet specific buyers. How can I do so?

A: Nominate the buyers you would like to meet and we will make all the necessary arrangements for your convenience. All nominated buyers will go through a rigorous pre-selection by our judging panel. Selected buyers will be notified and invited with complimentary air tickets and/or accomodation to attend BEX Asia. Appointments with exhibitors will also be co-ordinated.

Q: How do I maximise my participation at BEX Asia?

A: As our exhibitors, you can tap on our marketing efforts to reach out to the visitors. Just speak to our Sales staff for a list of marketing options for you to choose from. You may also submit your press releases to us for collation and dissemination and for distribution at the Media Centre during the exhibition. Q : How do I submit Exhibitors' Forms?

A: All forms must be submitted online via the e-Manual. (This will be made available 3 months before the event.) Please read the Exhibitors' Terms & Conditions before continuing to submit the forms.
